The draft resolution (Reg. No5044) suggests provision of the honoring and deserving funeral of the war veterans, military officers, their family members and other persons that made historic deeds in the name of the Ukrainian nation and have peculiar honors before Ukraine, by the building of the National Military Memorial Cemetery.
The draft resolution recommends the Cabinet of Ministers in two-weeks term form the moment of the resolution adoption form the organizational committee with the involvement of the representatives of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, other ministries and departments, Kyiv City and Kyiv regional State Administrations, public organizations for the regulation of the issues on appointing, formation and functioning of the National Military Memorial Cemetery and adoption of the place of its formation in Bykivnia village (Kyiv city).
